Business series is the most challenging to start.This is because of legistlation and extra testing needed.
UAVs are not allowed to be used in the same area as civil manned aerial vehicles.
However, substantial orders from oil and gas producers would justify starting with business series.
Also, environment in Persian Gulf and Arab countries is near the military and patrol environment.
However, substantial investments would still be needed for military and patrol series.
Open hardware and software might offer possibilities to develop cheaper devices more rapidly.
