Rapid Deployment from a business location
Specifications: BUSINESS NET
, Xi4B
, hatching of the Xi video
Step 1: rapid deployment with a fighter from a patrol location
Step 2: hatching and starting engine in the air
Step 3: dropping sensors flight
Step 4: finding Base4Xi flight (or flight to a reprogrammed location)
Step 5: sheltering into Base4Xi (or at reprogrammed location)
Step 6: automatic refuelling (if necessary and if refuelling is not done manually)
Step 7: turning engine off
Notes:
~ oil rig can be used for Base4Xi or as a manned base for Xi
~ Xi flies and keeps itself near oil rig
~ typical challenges are wind, storm, sea, sea water, oil rig, manned helicopter traffic

2. Collecting Data from Dropped Sensors Profile:
~ starting engine
~ leaving Base4Xi (or reprogrammed location)
~ flying to target area
~ collecting data from dropped sensors
Notes:
~ Xi is typically used to drop sensors around a small target
~ typical target area to be covered with sensors is a small & restricted area
~ dropped sensors typically create a circle around a target
This profile continues at Profile #1 Step 4 !
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
3. Dropping Sensors to New Locations Profile
~ finding the first location where to drop a sensor
~ dropping sensors
Notes:
~ a sensor locations can be one of the dropped sensor locations, if a faulty sensor is replaced
~ Base4Xi or command & control may have reprogrammed the locations i.e. Xi does not decide them
This profile continues at Profile #1 Step 4 !
4. Dropping Sensors around Base4Xi Profile
~ finding the first location where to drop a sensor
~ dropping sensors around Base4Xi
Notes:
~ sensors are dropped around Base4Xi as a circle in small & restricted area
This profile continues at Profile #1 Step 4 !
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
5. Interruptable Mission Profile
~ starting engine either in the air or at Base4Xi (or reprogrammed location)
~ leaving Base4Xi (or reprogrammed location)
~ flying to target area - returns immediatelly to required location specified by a command message from network
~ collecting data from dropped sensors- returns immediatelly to required location specified by a command message from network
~ flying back to Base4Xi - returns immediatelly to required location specified by a command message from network
Notes:
~ authorized command message can come via network from command & control center, from Base4Xi, from a mobile device
~ a coming bad wheather might be the reason for the interrup message
~ Xi calculated all the time fuel required to return to a base and may interrupt it's mission by itself

[003] Xi Versions ~ Business helicopter: ~ Version Management
Version Management:
Version management logic and information is embedded inside Xi taking into account other issues such as security.
If Xi has knowledge base, then version information is in industry standard OWL ontology.
Whether OWL, XML or other required format, Xi both informs and manages it's versioning.
Each component such as hardware, software, power, communication, network manages it's own versioning.
Software updates are typically downloaded to Xi from Base4Xi, which receives them from BUSINESS NET.
Xi is also capable to download software updates directly from BUSINESS NET, if required.
Safety, reliability, standard and quality management components of Xi make sure that Xi's
components are compatible with each others and that Xi is compatible with Base4Xi and BUSINESS NET.
